Tech & services dep. team within Business France Japan advised 85 companies in 2014 in their Japanese development, including 20 startups such as CRITEO, Scality, and Cityzen Science, secured more than 1000 meetings with 150 Japanese companies.

Each year at the beginning of December, the French Tech Tour event organized by Business France select and mentor a dozen of French IT companies to make them meet potential partners in Japan, Korea and Taiwan during 1 week.

The French Chamber Business Support Service helps companies develop their business in Jap. It offers market research studies and/or feasibility studies. These studies will allow the French company to assess the potential of its products or services in Japan. It also offers a range of tools and personalized support by targeting the most pertinent partners, by canvassing them and by organizing face to face meetings with the most interested ones to find your future Japanese partners.

The creation of a subsidiary office in Japan often appears essential to strengthen and make your commercial relationships with your Japanese partners durable and acquire more customers. CCIFJ offers you various solutions to set up this local office with a maximum of flexibility and a minimum of costs. We can rent fully equipped offices in the heart of Tokyo. Specifically for startup companies a co-working space will be launched.

CCIFJ helps you to find employees and organizes training for them, mostly focused on issues related to business in a bi- or multi-cultural working environment, our trainings address topics such as Intercultural Management in Japan, Leadership Development, Negotiation techniques…CCIFJ launched in 2013, in collaboration with CCIParis the Global Manager Program.


The Orange Fab program provides a boost to start-ups, in order to help them execute their innovative projects, and makes them available to Orange users and customers earlier. From a practical standpoint,  this is an intensive coaching program for budding companies, aimed at promoting their development at the international level. In Japan, 23 start-ups have already participated or are participating to Orange Fab Asia


Open Network Lab, part of Digital Garage group, began in April, 2010 with the purpose of incubating startups that could build products to compete on a global scale. Through our Seed Accelerator Program, Open Network Lab has incubated and continues to support a number of startups.
